Refunds We do not issue refunds under any circumstances unless there is a problem with the product. If you initiate a dispute or chargeback regarding the payment method used, your account will be immediately banned from our database and you will lose access to all our products. We have evidence of the activation, use and delivery of our products that may affect the resolution of the dispute.
Unauthorized Sale or Sharing: Once you have obtained our content, you are strictly prohibited from selling your license key or sharing access with third parties. If any violation of these rules is detected in our system, your account will be permanently deleted and banned without the right to a refund.
Taking Advantage of Errors or Failures: If you encounter any bugs or vulnerabilities that provide an unfair advantage, it is very important that you report it to our team via a support ticket. If abuse of these flaws in our system is detected, your account will be permanently deleted along with your license and you will be banned with no right to a refund.
Sale by Unauthorized Third Parties: If you obtain our content through an unauthorized third party, we cannot provide support or assistance. If the license is detected, it will be permanently deleted and banned with no right to refund or reactivation.
Loss of License: We are not responsible for the loss of your license. It is your responsibility to back up the information after product delivery.
Defamation: We will not tolerate defamation of our product on other servers or stores. Any user defaming our product will be banned from the server along with the license key.
Notes:
Your license key is personal and limited to a single computer. Sharing the key with another person or using it on a computer other than the registered computer will result in your account being permanently banned.
